George T. Keul, 73, of 503 Glade Street, (Franklin Twp., Beaver Co.) Ellwood City, died on Saturday evening, April 25 2009 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
He was born in Ellwood City on July 27, 1935 to the late George Keul, who died in 1986, and Grace Jones Keul, who died in 2008.
A welder by trade, he worked at Beaver Advance in Ellwood City, and later retired from Aetna-Standard Engineering in Ellwood City.
He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Ellwood City.
An avid golfer, he also likes working on vintage cars.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Darlene Lintz Keul, whom he married August 26 1978.
He is also survived by one son, Rusty Craven, who lives in Arizona, and one sister, Roseanna Wiley of New Castle.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Timothy, in infancy.
Friends will be received from 4-7 P.M. on Monday, April 27 2009 in the TURNER FUNERAL HOME OF ELLWOOD CITY, Sixth Street at Park Avenue.
Services will be conducted at TURNERS on Monday evening at 7:00 P.M. with Brent Stein of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses of Ellwood City, officiating.
