Kelly Rae Wallace

Kelly Rae Wallace, 34, of 1109 Bridge Street Ellwood City, died suddenly upon arrival at the Ellwood City Hospital on Saturday evening, January 24, 2009.

She was born in New Castle on January 31, 1974 to Myrna Miller Wallace, with whom she lived, and the late Edwin E. ‘Ted’ Wallace who died on March 12, 2001.

She owned and operated Halo Enterprises in Ellwood City.

She was a graduate of Lincoln High School, class of 1993, and graduated Butler County Community College with a degree in computer science.

Kelly enjoyed playing pool in the Ellwood City Pool League for the Double Dealin Café, and also played softball in the Ellwood City Mixed Softball League. Kelly was Presbyterian by faith.

In addition to being survived by her mother, she is survived by her son, Christopher Wallace, at home. Three sisters, Mandy Stocker of Pigeon Forge, TN; Nicole ‘Nikki’ Wallace of Frisco; and Michelle Shell in Oklahoma Several nieces and nephews, also survive.

She was preceded in death by her father; a sister, Heather Jo Wallace in infancy; and grandparents; Clifford and Dorothy Miller.

Friends will be received on Wednesday January 28, 2009 from 6 to 8 P.M. at TURNER FUNERAL HOMES, Sixth Street at Park Avenue, Ellwood City.

Services will be held at TURNERS on Wednesday evening, at 8 P.M. with the Rev. Elizabeth Wallace, of Knox Presbyterian Church, officiating.
