Agnes M. Lapinsky

Agnes M. Lapinsky, 101, formerly of Princeton (Slippery Rock Twp.) and Ellwood City, passed away peacefully on Monday afternoon, February 11, 2019 at Avalon Place in New Castle. Agnes was born in Ellwood City on January 7, 1918 to the late August and Helen Wagner Tetmeir. She was a member of Oak Grove Presbyterian Church. Agnes worked at Curtis Wright Co. in Vanport, and later at Shenango Pottery and Johnson Bronze in New Castle. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lapinsky, who died January 23, 2007. She is survived by two sisters: Helen (Sue) Tetmeir of Ellwood City, and Elizabeth Stasick of Tampa Florida and numerous nieces and nephews. Four brothers and one sister preceded her: Gus, Fritz, John, and William "Willie"
