Donna Lane Kelly

Donna L. Kelly, 66, of Ellport passed away on October 31, 2021, at UMPC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Ruth (Smith) Gillespie and was born July 26, 1955, in Ellwood City. She is survived by her husband of, 46, years, Timothy Kelly, her sons; Andrew Kelly of Ellport, Adam Kelly and his wife Stacie in Patterson Twp, Aaron Kelly of Ellport, grandchildren; Kurtis Kelly and Travis Kelly of Ellwood City, Tyler Nye of Patterson Twp, Austin Nye and his wife Alina of Hopewell; sisters; Roberta Brown of Ellwood City, Amy Ferrese and her husband Joe formerly of Adams Twp. Donna was 1973 graduate of Lincoln High School. She met and married her husband May 3, 1975. She was a longtime member of Bell Memorial Presbyterian. She was employed as a home health care nurse over 20 years. She was the former president of Lark's Women's Auxiliary and was an active member for 20+ years. She enjoyed camping with her family, she loved fishing. She loved cooking and baking and Christmas and absolutely loved spoiling her grandchildren and family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her brother, David Gillespie and one sister; Cindy Gillespie. Friends may call on the family on Wednesday from 4:00pm-7:00pm on November 3, 2021, at Turner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 11:00am at Turner's. Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations made in Donna's name to Lark Enterprises.
