Joseph Domenic DeLisio passed away on January 4, 2022, after a lengthy illness. He was born September 18, 1949, and was 72 years old, at his passing. Joe was married to Dana (Beatrice) DeLisio for 40 years, she survives him. Also surviving is one daughter; Lyndi Jo DeLisio Young and herhusband Ryan, one granddaughter; Sayla Capri,stepson; Ryan (Shannon) Wallace, grandchildren; Greyson, Madison, and Rowen. He is also survived by one brother; Tony (Carol) DeLisio and four sisters; Rose Marie (Joe) Farney, Antoinette (Ted)Householder, Carmelia (Bill) Fury and DeeDee(Larry) Anthony along with many nieces and nephews. Joe was a graduate for Lincoln High School where he earned a full athletic scholarship for football to the University of Pittsburgh. Joe also owned and operated his own business, JM Beatrice Foods for thirty-five years until his retirement, in 2018. Joe enjoyed reading and playing golf. He was preceded in death by his parents; Domenic and Dorothy DeLisio, two brothers; Mario DeLisio and Michael DeLisio, along with one sister; Darrell Ann DeLisio Chapman. There will be no visitation or services held. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations to be made in Joe's name to the Holy Redeemer Social Services. Arrangements entrusted to THE TURNER FUNERAL HOME located at 6th and Park in Elwood City.
