Lynn M. Taylor

Lynn M. Taylor, 59, of Ellwood City passed away on December 4, 2024, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was the daughter of the late Clyde and Margaret (Weigand) Adams and was born November 11, 1965, in Pittsburgh.


Lynn is survived by her boyfriend; Todd Belles of Ellwood City, her sons; Patrick McElravy and his wife Rebecca of Ellwood City, Ryan McElravy and his wife Niki of Zelienople, Dallas Taylor and his partner Hazen Anderson of Ellwood City, her grandchildren; Lorelai McElravy, Jaxon McElravy, Faith Taylor, D.J. Taylor, Fynn McElravy, and Rosemary McElravy, her brothers; Mark Adams of Fenelton and Rick Adams and his wife Lori of Slippery Rock along with numerous nieces and nephews and friends.


She was a 1984 graduate of Seneca Valley High School, and she also attended Devry University. She met and married her husband John Taylor in 1998 and they were married 13 years until his passing. She loved cooking, baking, and crafting. She was a dog lover and her “soulmate” dog was Angel. She was a longtime employee of Giant Eagle in Seven Fields where she was Deli Lead for over 14 years. She loved gardening and always had a vegetable garden. Lynn was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her.


She was preceded in death by her husband of 13 years; John Taylor, her brother; Jim Adams, her sister; Peggy Bocchi, her sister-in-law Laura Adams and her nephew; Shawn Adams, her brother and sister-in-law; Jason and Vicki Taylor.


A Celebration of Life will be held on December 21, 2024, from 2pm-6pm at Calvin Presbyterian Church located at 615 Crescent Ave in Ellwood City.


In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations made in Lynn’s name to the Lawrence County Humane Society PO Box 62 New Castle, PA 16103


Cremation Arrangements entrusted to Turner-Hyde Funeral & Cremation Services located at 6th and Park in Ellwood City.
