Mrs. Rose Dudick

Rose Dudick, 93 of Ellwood City passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021 at North Hills Nursing and Rehab in Wexford. She was the daughter of the late George and Rose (Kudlik) Dudick and was born June 11, 1928 in Ellwood City. She is survived by her nieces and nephews; Karen Stalnecker and her husband Jim, of Darlington nephews; Michael Scott Kotuby and his wife Linda of North Sewickley Twp, Dennis Hulick of Ellwood City, and Bonnie Houk of West Pittsburg, great nieces and nephews; Michael Paul Kotuby of North Sewickley Twp, Kristin Clyde and her husband Ray of Wiley Hill and Emily Nye and her husband Joe of North Sewickley Twp. Rose was a graduate of Lincoln High School and spent most of her career as a Machinist at Matthews Conveyor and she also worked at the Ellwood City Library, something she really enjoyed, she was a long-time parishioner of Holy Redeemer Church in Ellwood City. She enjoyed sewing and making quilts at Holy Redeemer for the shut-ins' ministry of the church. She also enjoyed reading. She will be missed by her family and friends and all who knew her. She was preceded in death by all her siblings; Ann Kotuby, Mary Hulick, Nick Dudick and Michael Dudick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at Holy Redeemer Church with Fr. Phillip Farrell, officiating In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations, in Rose's name to Holy Redeemer Church or the Ellwood City Library. Entombment will be in St. Agatha Cemetery in Ellwood City. Arrangements entrusted to Turner Funeral Home located at 6th and Park in Ellwood City.
