Pamela "Pam" R Hallberg

December 3, 1948 — December 10, 2024

Pamela R. Hallberg, 76, of Ellwood City went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. She was the daughter of Kenneth and Dorothy (Harper) Tritt and was born December 3, 1948, in Ellwood City.


She was survived by her husband of 42 years, David Hallberg of Ellwood City, her children; Emily Flatt and her husband Nathanael of Ellwood City, Laurie Hallberg of Ellwood City, grandchildren; Isaiah, Judah, Eliyanah, Joannah Flatt; her siblings; Kim Kennedy and her husband Mike of Ellwood City, Tammy Upton and her husband Brian of Enon Valley, her brother-in-law; Lynn Weyman of Ellwood City, numerous nieces and nephews.


She was a graduate of Lincoln High School, and she received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Bob Jones University and her master’s degree in elementary education from Pensacola Christian College. She met the love of her life, David, when she was teaching at North Hills Christian School, and they were married December 19, 1981. She enjoyed ceramics, scrapbooking, baking, cross-stitching and knitting. She adored her grandchildren and loved to spend time with them. She was also an avid reader. She and her family were longtime members of Portersville Bible Church and currently attend Faith Fellowship Baptist Church in, Ellport. Pam was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and a true friend, to those who knew her.


She is preceded in death by her sister; Sharen Weyman,


Friends may call on the family from 10:00AM-1:00PM on December 14, 2024, with a Funeral Service following at 1:00PM at Turner-Hyde Funeral & Cremation Services with Pastor Michael Charles and Pastor Nathaniel Wilson, officiating.


Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery in Beaver Falls.


In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations, in Pam’s name made to Faith Fellowship Baptist Church at 156 Portersville Rd, Ellwood City, PA 16117


Arrangements entrusted to Turner-Hyde Funeral & Cremation Services located at 6th and Park in Ellwood City.
