Wendy Sylier

Wendy J. Sylier, 58, of North Sewickley Twp, died August 9, 2021, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Jacqueline (Weimer) Nippert and was born December 20, 1962, in New Brighton. She is survived by her daughter; Erika Sylier and her fianc Mark McCormick of Fombell, her granddaughter; Aubrey Lysandra McCormick; her fianc Bernard McCann of North Sewickley Twp, one sister; Jeanne Rogers of Ellwood City, many cousins, and friends. She was a 1981 graduate of Riverside High School and received her Associates Degree in Business from CCBC. She loved collecting candles, music boxes, and Christmas ornaments. She loved Rock and Classic Rock Music. She also loved shopping. She loved and adored her dogs Luna and Cookie. She was a loving grandmother and loved spending time with her granddaughter, Aubrey. She was preceded in in death by one daughter; Lysandra Sylier. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 12, 2021, from 5:00pm-6:00pm with a Memorial Service following at 6:00pm at Turner Funeral Home, with Pastor Dennis Arndt, Officiating. Arrangements entrusted to the TURNER FUNERAL HOME located at 6th and Park in Ellwood City.
